Session Length:

We are open from 10am till late, every day of the year (except Christmas Day). Please allow 2 hours for this experience. We are available for bookings everyday, except special event days (including, but not limited to Mothers Day, Father?s Day, Melbourne Cup Day, Christmas Day and New Years Eve).

Guidelines:

You must be 18 years or older to participate in this experience.

Dress Code:

Smart, casual clothing is recommended.

Gather your group and experience a 2 hour cocktail and canapé event overlooking the most stunning of Sydney settings!

As you arrive, your group will be immersed in warm, plush surroundings with lounges, ottomans and funky chill-out tunes. You?ll notice the bar and will no doubt be drawn towards the cocktail menu. With over 100 cocktails to choose from, it won?t be easy to decide on just one ? each cocktail offers a tantalising mix of fresh ingredients. Upon your group arrival, you?ll each be treated to a cocktail from a select menu and for two hours, you will be mesmerized as the bartenders, so skilled in their art, shake, muddle and mix you the classic and most decedent cocktails of all time.

As you casually sip on your drink-of-design and take a bite of your delicious canapé, you will be encircled by gorgeous views, sensuous scents and amazing flavours. You will look out over the view which boats 180 degree views of Darling Harbour, Cockle Bay, Sydney Harbour and beyond, not to mention the glittering city skyline.
