Your private helicopter flight departs from Melbourne, Victoria, and takes you into the Victorian High Country.

Session Length:

Flights are available all year round, and are subject to availability. Bookings are essential. We pick you up at approximately 9am and return you by approximately 5pm on the same day.

Guidelines:

This helicopter and horses adventure is suitable for almost anyone! No horse riding experience is necessary. Remember to bring your camera.

Dress Code:

Wear comfortable, warm clothing that is appropriate for horse riding in the High Country. You should also bring a change of clothes to wear after you've been horse riding. Riding helmets will be provided.

Numbers:

The price quoted is for two people. This is a private helicopter flight, so it will be just the two of you and your pilot in the cabin. You will have a dedicated trained personal assistant with you while horse riding. We can take group bookings for up to 10 people.

Your day begins when you are picked up from your Melbourne accommodation and transferred in a luxury vehicle to our VIP departure lounge at Essendon Airport.

Your flight takes you north-east from the city skyline of Melbourne to the spectacular Victorian High Country, where we land at the Watson family property, an authentic working property and homestead set amongst stunning mountain scenery.

Breathe the fresh country air and take in your spectacular surrounds as you saddle up for a 2 - 4 hour guided horse ride over 'The Man From Snowy River' territory. You'll see where the famous jump scene from the movie was filmed and likely encounter wildlife such as kangaroos, wallabies and Australia's rare wedge-tailed eagle along the way.

At lunch time you'll stop to share a gourmet picnic hamper packed full of fresh local produce, matched perfectly with a local cool-climate wine. Stretch out, marvel at the countryside around you and feel the exhilaration course through your veins!

Your helicopter then meets you on the peaks for your spectacular sightseeing journey back to Melbourne. Once back at the airport, you take your seat again in our luxury vehicle for the return transfer to your accommodation. A spectacular and unforgettable day out!
