Venue:

Set in the beautiful Adelaide Hills at either Onkaparinga Gorge or Morialta National Park.

Session Length:

Full Day. 9.00am - 4.00pm. Available fortnightly during Winter and weekly during Summer.

Guidelines:

Minimum age 12 years. Must have a reasonable level of fitness, eg, walk briskly for 15 minutes with out being out of breath. We can cater for all levels of experience from beginners to advanced.

Dress Code:

WHAT TO BRING AND WEAR:
Loose fitting clothes appropriate for the weather.
Water, approximately 0.5 litre per hour for hot days.
Hair ties or scrunches if you have long hair.
Strong shoes, eg, walking shoes or boots, sandshoes are sufficient. Personal medication. Lunch and snacks for the day.

Other Info:

Must have some level of fitness.
The operators have the right to refuse anyone if they feel the safety of them or of others is in some way compromised.

You shall receive expert instruction on rock climbing and abseiling techniques in a safe and friendly environment. You will be shown climbing techniques, safe cliff management and basic knots skills. Set in the beautiful Adelaide Hills at either Onkaparinga Gorge or Morialta National Park. Climbing and Abseiling on real rock!
