For the first timer, it couldn't be simpler – no mess, no smell, no fuss - you just pour water into an airtight cask, pour in the pre-packaged beer mix and seal the machine. In 7 to 10 days (forget waiting a whole month!) you just pull that tap handle and out comes liquid gold!
For those who cut their teeth on the Beer Machine 1000, you'll find the 2000 has enhanced construction, design and a full wrap-around heavy duty clamping system – with two extra pub-style tap handles. Plus, if you like to finesse the fermentation a little more, you'll enjoy the custom pressure gauge that lets you measure brew quality, carbonation level and dispensing pressure.

How does The Beer Machine Work?
The Pressure Control Valve regulates the brewing pressure to maintain natural carbonation.
The Beer Machine pressure indicator shows how much natural carbonation is being produced during fermentation and allows you to control the brewing and serving process.
The Carbonation Unit uses standard size 8g CO2 bulbs. Add more carbonation whenever you want. Control the Beer Head when serving and preserve the fresh condition of your beer.
The wrap around Clamp System insures a completely closed brewing system that makes odourless brewing a reality and single step naturally brewed and carbonated beers so easy and fast to brew.
The Dispensing System of The Beer Machine pours beer delivered from the surface top through the Float delivery tube direct to the Spigot. The top surface is where your fresh beer is clearest and conditioned best.
