The Limestone Coast Region in South Australia has a cool maritime climate allowing slow ripening conditions to produce intensley flavoured grapes.
The fruit was crushed and fermented at the winery in Polkibin. After fermentation, the wine was matured in small French oak barrels.
The Chardonnay is produced from grapes grown on vines which thrive in the sandy loam soils of the Hunter Valley. Pale lemon to lime in colour, this chardonnay has white peach, pineapple and lime aromas.
