Checking the balance on Your Account

All available credit will be clearly displayed in Your Account along with conditions of use (if applicable).

How do I spend it?

Any credit that is on your dStore account will be displayed at the trolley stage of the checkout. Here you will be asked to select which credit(s) you would like to use towards the order - any conditions will be clearly displayed next to each credit.

Once you have finalised your selection(s) on the Your Trolley page, you will have one or both of the following options:

• If it says Select one or more, you can use any or all of these credits towards the payment of the current order.
• If it says Select one only, you can also use one of these towards the payment of the current order.

HELPFUL HINT: You MUST nominate your credits BEFORE finalising any additional payment using credit card or BPAY. dStore cannot apply a credit to an order once payment has been received and the order confirmed.
