What does “Begins delivery within x business day(s) mean?

This information is displayed next to the stock status on the product page. It means that the product will generally leave our warehouse within the specified number of business days after we have received payment for your order.

Depending on the department, instock items leave our warehouse 1-3 business days after we have received your payment. Rings from the jewellery department are the exception to this - they can take up to 5 business days to ship if they need to be resized.

Depending on availability, items not instock (ie. on backorder) can take anywhere between a matter of days and several weeks to source. General information regarding timeframes are displayed next to the stock status on the product page.

The actual delivery time depends on where the dStore warehouse for that particular product is - click here for more information on delivery times to your area.

PLEASE NOTE: At this time we are not taking orders for CDs that are not currently instock. These will display the information "Temporarily Out of Stock - Please check back later" until we have sourced more stock.
