The video game I bought won't play!

This can be done via the website of your computer manufacturer. It is also advised that the latest updates to Windows have been installed via the Windows Update link in the start menu.

If the game will not play correctly due to an incompatibility issue with your computer, you will need to contact the game publisher for technical support. This support may be provided free online, or may be provided via phone (call costs apply).

PLEASE NOTE: A replacement or refund will not be provided if a game installs but will not play as expected due to a software incompatibility or other issue with the customers computer. Where a game disc is faulty and will not install, a replacement will be provided.
