You can pre-order items before the official release date in the DVD, games and music categories. If you would like to receive your goods on or very near the day of release, we advise that you place your order at least 2-3 weeks before the release date. Orders placed just prior to the release date might not be supplied if the demand for the product is high, so best to get in early.
While DVD and CD release dates are generally reliable, the release date for video games and game gear is more often subject to change. This delay is announced by the manufacturers or distributors of the game because the product is not ready for sale
So if the release date for the CD, DVD or video game gear you have pre-ordered has changed, rest assured that all Australian retailers are in the same boat and we will dispatch your goods as soon as stock becomes available.
PLEASE NOTE: Pre-orders cannot be cancelled within 10 days of the scheduled release date. |
