It says that the voucher has already been redeemed – what do I do?

If you are presented with an error message that says “this voucher has already been redeemed”, this most likely means that you have already registered it. Check Your Account to see if the credit is already there. If your voucher is listed on this page it means that you have successfully redeemed the voucher and the credit is now available to use.

Simply place an order, and in the checkout procedure you can nominate to use the voucher amount towards payment.

If your voucher is not displayed in your account as being available for use, please contact us with your voucher code(s) and we will look into the situation for you.
