Product Description

Easy!

Step 1. Open the beer can.
Step 2. Drink half the beer.
Step 3. Add your favourite spices.
Step 4. Put the beer can in the roaster.
Step 5. Stick the chicken on top.
Step 6. Roast
Step 7. Have another beer or two…

This fantastic stainless steel roaster simply cooks the best roast chicken on the BBQ. The vertical cooking method allows fat to drain away while the steam from the beer ensures the chicken stays moist.

Suitable for both charcoal and gas barbeques.

Note: This product needs to be used in an oven or a BBQ with a hood.

Beer and Chicken DO go together!

We recieved this product yesterday, and was firstly impressed with the quality of it.. I had been worried it would be a bit cheap and gimicky .. but it is not too bad in quality.. then of course we all got very excited about trying it out! Not wanting to bother firing the charcoal barby on a weeknight we used it in the oven (not ideal but it did fit with removing all the shelves and sitting a tray underneath it).

I was a little concerned the chicken would end up with a "beery" flavour.. and as I don't care for beer this would not have been great.. but I worried needlessly.. the end result was AWESOME! And not a trace of beeriness to it at all!!!

AS a huge bonus The Chicken cooked in one hour.. which was incredibly quick! We found the temp guage brilliant for checking it was done, and the result was the moistest and most delicious roast chook ever!
