Product Description

Made from 18/10 stainless steel, the Gordon Ramsay Roaster comes complete with a V Rack for maximum heat distribution. It keeps the meat off the bottom of the tray, letting the heat evenly surround your meal while gathering delicious pan juices for gravy.

Roaster measures 14.25" long x 10.5" wide x 2.5" high.
"V" rack measures 12.5" long x 8.75" wide x 4" high.

It is 'effing' brilliant!

This is the most fantastic roasting pan I have ever had the pleasure to cook with.
Being of high grade stainless steel, and thick cast, it cooks to perfection. The dimensions are perfect - whether you're cooking a simple roast chicken or a massive whole rump. The V Rack ensures whatever roast you are cooking sits well above the basting/roasting juices so browns and crisps on all surfaces.
An added bonus was the ease of cleaning! Both the roasting pan and the V Rack need minimal scrubbing and unlike most other roasting racks, this one is sturdy, cleans with minimal effort and never topples!
Apart from roasting it is also ideal for deep pan lasagne, as well as for casserole type dishes - I just made a 'lid' using aluminium foil.
I've had stainless steel roasting pans before but never one as fantastic as this!
To use Gordon Ramsay's own catchphrase "It's effing brilliant"!
