A challenge for the Adults or Education for the kids...Your choice!
If you are looking for a fun night with your friends this game is for you. Spend hours locked in a vocabulary testing tournament, add a few drinks for absolute hilarity!
Or if its the kids you want to focus on, this game is excellent for building verbal literacy and encouraging the use of a wider vocabulary. As a teacher I use it with my students (they think they're having fun.........I know they are learning!)

Excellent and heaps of fun
i love this game, it is for all ages. I have had friends over and had a great time playing and any age can play. I have also had a child sleepover and this game came out. We have had heaps of fun. Makes the children think outside the box, which is very educational. I believe that anyone can have a go. I have ha people that hate board games play this and they loved it. It is different everytime you play. Excellent game

A fantastic game!
What can I say? I -LOVE- this game. I first played it at a dinner party which included people I didn't know that well and it really kicked the night off.
This is a game that works well with couples, but also with friends and strangers. It's hillarious watching the opposition flounder trying to describe bread without saying wheat or toast or food and trying to get one last word in before the last grain of sand slips through the timer...
Taboo is quite a short game, but I think that's actually a plus. After dinner games are often be a bit much after a glass of wine and can lose their appeal entirely before the first game is played out. This one is fast-paced enough to keep people interested and finishes quickly enough that they won't still be sitting at your dining table when you'd rather they were gone and you were in bed.
I can't recommend Taboo enough!

Fantastc
I played the game for the first time on Saturday(6/12/3) and had such fun. We were screaming, laughing and crying. Can you picture that! The game does not belong to either of us who were playing. So guess what, each couple will be getting the game for Christmas. Nice and easy christmas present shopping.. And I have absolute no doubt that they will be unhappy with their pressie. Actually my friend said she has been hunting high and low and hasn't been able to find one for herself.... So she is going to love me.
Go out there and get yourself a copy!

a great party game
My friends, family and I love this game. We play at every opportunity when we get together. We usually pit the men against the women. It's all about not saying certain words when you are the person in the hot seat...not an easy task.
We have bought this game for wedding presents and also 30th birthdays. Would be suitable for any adult birthday though.
Great game - go on and buy it today.
